All Sales are Final
Due to the perishable and handcrafted nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds, except in the cases outlined below.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. We will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, as appropriate.

Incorrect Items
If we made a mistake and sent the wrong item, please notify us within 5 days. We will ship the correct item at no additional cost or issue a refund if the item is no longer available.

Local Pickup Orders
If you are picking up your order locally, we ask that you inspect your items at the time of pickup. Once you take possession of the product, we consider the sale final.

Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase as long as they have not yet been processed or shipped. Please email us immediately if you need to cancel your order.
